Pool area was too smoky to enjoy.

Had a fantastic time! The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking, and the complimentary tote bag was a nice touch. The attached restaurant made dining super convenient.

The location was incredible, right in the heart of the village. Our room had stunning mountain views that added to our experience. The staff greeted us with kindness, making us feel welcomed during our stay....  

Awesome stay in Whistler!

Just spent 3 nights here and it was solid! The friendly staff really made our stay enjoyable. Our room was super comfy and always tidy. The location is perfect, right by shops and restaurants. The lobby area is sunny and inviting. One thing though, it can get a bit noisy late at night, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper.

Conveniently located on the Village Stroll, the hotel offered clean rooms with modern amenities, but my room's view was disappointing, facing a wall. Parking was tricky during peak times, and noise from neighbors was noticeable. Overall, a decent place to stay with helpful staff.

The location made it easy to explore the village, and the staff were notably friendly and helpful. While we enjoyed delicious omelettes, the room's noise level was excessive, disrupting our sleep throughout the stay. Despite the spacious suite accommodating our needs, the constant party sounds forced us to take naps, impacting our skiing plans. A credit for one night felt insufficient given the overall disturbance.

we had a fantastic stay at crystal lodge! the multilevel room was perfect for our family. having a separate bathroom for the kids was a huge plus. everything was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. the location...  

but our room had a noisy air conditioning system. we loved the spacious double beds. And the location was perfect for walking around. the game room with ping pong was a fun bonus too.

The Crystal Double Room was cozy, but the beds were way too soft for my liking. We rolled into the middle, and I expected queen beds but got doubles instead. The room felt smaller than advertised. Plus, the bathroom could use more hanging space. It was a bit too warm one night, and opening the balcony door let in noise from next door. Otherwise, the place was clean and the staff was friendly.
